How dispatch decides who to send

When you call, our dispatcher matches your job to the engineer best placed for it. Specifically, we cross-reference your postcode, the type of fault, the equipment needed, and current engineer availability before quoting an ETA. As a result, you get someone who knows the local pipe infrastructure rather than the first available tradesperson on a generic list.

For example, a CCTV survey requires a different engineer and van loadout from a high-pressure jetting job. Furthermore, a leaking radiator valve and a burst mains incomer look superficially similar on the phone but need very different skills.
